BOOKINGS & CONTRACTS
Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute a booking. Performance bookings are confirmed only upon execution of a written contract and receipt of the required deposit. Cancellation, force majeure, and refund terms are set out in the booking contract.
MERCHANDISE PURCHASES
Orders placed through the shop are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Pricing and product details may change without notice. Returns and exchanges are handled per the shop's posted policy at the time of purchase.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Site content including text, photography, video, audio, logos, the DJ Myint and MYINT marks, and the design itself is owned by Myint Entertainment LLC or its licensors. Trademarks, names, and logos of third parties remain the property of their respective owners and appear on the Site solely to describe partnerships and performance history.
USER SUBMISSIONS
Information you submit through forms (inquiries, messages, newsletter signups) must be accurate and not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use submitted content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating the Site.
